You can charge the cost of your order to your Visa or Mastercard credit card over the phone, by mail, email or fax. Please indicate the name of the credit card you shall use, card number and expiration date.

When sending a bank draft ot cheque, please include any additional charge such as shipping and insurance costs. If you pay by a US dollar cheque that is required to be drawn on a bank outside USA, please add US$15.00 per cheque to cover the encashment charges of the cheque. Any overpayment will be adjusted or refunded.
